1. Services

Events by Bridge provides balloon arrangements and full event décor services in the Greater Washington area. Service details, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A retainer is required to secure your event date.

  • Final payment must be made according to the timeline provided in your invoice.

  • Rush fees or additional charges may apply for last-minute bookings, outdoor setups, or special requests.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Retainers are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will be determined based on the timing of cancellation and expenses already incurred.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate event details and ensure venue access at the agreed-upon time.

  • Any restrictions or special requirements at the venue must be communicated in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Events by Bridge and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Events by Bridge is not liable for damages, delays, or issues beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party vendors.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Important Booking & Decor Policies

  1. A minimum of two hours is required for all setups. Anything less will incur a rush fee.
  2. Pricing does not include delivery, which is based on location and job size.
  3. Outdoor setups will incur an additional fee.
  4. A retainer is required upon booking to secure your date.
  5. Please note that we do not use Amazon backdrops and do not recommend the use of chair covers in order to maintain the quality and style of our designs.
